We may collect contact, organisation, enquiry and appointment information that you provide, together with limited technical website information used to operate and secure the website and respond to enquiries.
How we use information
Information may be used to respond to an enquiry, arrange a consultation, complete preliminary conflict and independence checks, administer an accepted engagement, maintain professional records and operate or secure our systems. We do not invite confidential records through the public website.
Enquiries and appointments
Contact us by email to request an initial conversation. Please provide only a high-level description and relevant contact details. Do not send confidential records before an appropriate exchange method has been arranged.
Secure document exchange
Restricted-access Google Drive folders may be arranged after relevant checks and engagement acceptance. Confidential records should not be submitted through the public booking form.

Website enquiries, bookings and guide emails
We use GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) to process website enquiries, consultation bookings and requests for our guide. Information you submit is stored in our customer relationship management system and used to respond to your request. Consultation bookings are also recorded in our connected Google Calendar.
The guide signup asks for your consent to receive the guide and four follow-up emails. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. Booking a consultation or making a general enquiry does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not submit confidential financial records through these forms.
